The company, CRISTÊXTIL – Confecção, Lda, was established in October 1990 with a capital of € 75,000, as a result of new business strategies that had been adopted. The Cristêxtil started manufacturing products exclusively for the export market.
December 1992 was marked by an increase to €150,000.

In 1993, the company built its industrial premises with modern architecture, suited to the needs and covering the area of about 2,000 m2, distributed over 2 floors.

June 1995 was marked by another increase of social capital to €600.000. The company began to operate in its new facilities in the parish of Aldão, Guimarães. The company's objective is the Textile Industry.
